• Pressed steel castors, swivel fork with thrust & tapered roller bearing in the swivel head, dust proof. this helps the castors to bear impact loads.
• Fitted with grease nipple helps lubrication resulting in smooth, reliable & noiseless movement.
• Strong central kingpin is secured by bolting in the base plate.
• Bolted wheel axle.
• Fitted with thread guards – metal for protection against external environmental factors such as dust etc & also it helps in smooth movement of castor.
• Fittings: Plate, solid plug (round or square) & threaded pin as per your requirement.
• Finish: Zinc plated/ powder coated.
• Bearing: Ddouble ball bearing in wheel is the standard feature which enhances the movement of the castor.
• Accessories: Total lock brake or directional lock brake available on requests.
• Special lubrication is suggested for unusual operating or environment conditions such as high temperature or sub-zero environment.
• Also available in stainless steel 304 grade.
