• Heavy duty rugged welded steel castors – made from thick EDD sheets.
• Twin wheel assembly for even load distribution.
• Swivel fork with thrust & tapered roller bearing in the swivel head, dust proof. This helps the castors to bear impact loads.
• Bigger base plate capable to take heavier load & even distribution of load.
• Forged Centre bolt, strongly welded & secured to absorb impact loads reducing wear & tear.
• Fitted with grease nipple helps lubrication resulting in smooth, reliable & noiseless movement.
• Bolted wheel axle.
• Fitted with thread guards – metal for protection against external environmental factors such as dust etc & also it helps in smooth movement of castor.
• Fittings: Plate, solid plug (round or square) & threaded pin as per your requirement.
• Finish: Zinc plated/ powder coated.
• Bearing: Double ball bearing in wheel is the standard feature which enhances the movement of the castor.
• Accessories: Wheel lock brake available on requests.
