HIGH IMPACT, NOISEFREE & SHOCK RESISTANT CASTORS.

To overcome the problem ever increasing noise level & damage caused to normal castors due to impact load & speed in factories we developed & introduced spring loaded castors. Rugged pressed steel construction capable absorbing impact loads & shock loads caused due to the speed; no welding designed with double ball race duly sealed. The double ball race is duly secured with thick threaded kingpin; bolted wheel axle spring assembly ensures that the load is evenly distributed.

  • Optional: Fitted with thread guards – metal for protection against external environmental factors such as dust etc & also it helps in smooth movement of castor.
  • Finish: Zinc plated / powder coated.
  • Bearing: Double ball bearing available on request.
  • Accessories: Total lock brake available / directional brake available as per customer requirement.
  • SAC Series Wheel Types:

  • Nylon Wheels: Made of high quality nylon ; shore hardness 60 D; color natural white, high abrasion resistance, shock & impact resistant, resistant to various chemicals & alcohols.
