SACB Series


Rugged pressed steel construction capable absorbing impact loads & shock loads caused due to the speed; No welding.

Designed with taper roller bearings & thrust bearing in the swivel head of the fork duly sealed. The swivel head is duly secured with thick threaded forged kingpin.

Bolted wheel axle.

Spring Assembly ensures that the load is evenly distributed.

  • Light duty pressed steel castors with double ball race in the swivel head.
  • Optional: Fitted with thread guards – metal for protection against external environmental factors such as dust etc & also it helps in smooth movement of castor.
  • Finish: Zinc plated / powder coated.
  • Bearing: Double ball bearing available on request.
  • Accessories: Total lock brake available / directional brake available as per customer requirement.
  • SACB Series Wheel Types:

  • CPU-Y Wheels: Premium grade polyurethane bonded chemically to graded & CNC machined cast iron centres; high load carrying capacity; Non marking, floor protective, Smooth & noiseless in operation; high abrasion resistance ; shock & impact resistant; resistant to various chemicals & alcohols; ball bearing for smooth movement; very low rolling resistance.
